Hello, I'm Anaïs
When I trained in the Renata França method in 2023, I first practiced in the physical therapy clinics where I was working.
But I quickly felt out of place. I was offering premium wellness treatments in a place that was inherently medical, noisy, and impersonal. It was the opposite of my vision.
I wanted to offer something intimate and cosy, an escape of relaxation and serenity in a busy life.
That's how Lyvi was born, from the desire to combine the immediate effects of Renata treatments with my skills as a physical therapist, in an elegant and soothing setting.
Lyvi is based on four pillars: helping you achieve your goals, making each session an exceptional moment focused on you, providing you with professional support rooted in my expertise as a high-level sports physiotherapist, and offering a treatment experience that reflects who I am.

Whatever your long-term goal, each session begins with a moment of listening and discussion to define your goal for the day based on how you feel, what you want, and your energy level.
I then tailor the treatment to best suit your current needs, always promising that you will leave feeling energized, radiant, and filled with a sense of lightness.
The results are visible, you feel that something has already been set in motion in your body, and you reach your final goal gently and smoothly.

RENATA TREATMENTS WITH THE EXPERTISE OF YOUR PHYSICAL THERAPIST
I have always been passionate about motorsports. My childhood dream was to work at Porsche. And in my little girl's mind, joining them meant I had to know how to speak German. So that's why I started learning it on my own at the age of 8. 😅
Today, I don't (yet) work at Porsche, but being fluent in German has opened other doors for me, including into high-level sports.
Among other things, I was a physical therapist for the German men's artistic gymnastics national team in Berlin for several years. I had the opportunity to work with athletes, some of whom went on to become world champions or Olympic silver medalists.
Working in high-performance sports requires you to be effective no matter what. It is this heightened efficiency and body expertise that I bring to Renata treatments, both in the precision of my movements and in the advice I give.
AN EXPERIENCE THAT REFLECTS WHO I AM
Lyvi is ultimately a reflection of my identity: professional care provided in a relaxed atmosphere where simplicity is key.
The name Lyvi is inspired by the Scandinavian word liv, which means "life" — life as I see it: in motion, made up of encounters and projects, laughter and lightness, which I hope to communicate to you.
